By the very nature of the work we undertake worldwide, our workforce is as diverse as the clients we serve, with interpreters and translators available in up to 300 languages and dialects.
ONCALL was founded by an interpreter in 1984, meaning that providing access to professional and high quality language services has always remained at the heart of what we do.
ONCALL’s internal, administrative and operational staff, many of whom are qualified and trained interpreters and translators themselves, also come from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and speak many different languages.
Our Global Interpreter and Translator Network
ONCALL delivers high quality interpreting and translation services worldwide from its global offices, meeting the needs of the local markets.
Our aim has always been to work with the most professional and highest qualified interpreters and translators in each location, holding locally recognised certification or accreditation.
In Australia, ONCALL works with the highest Certified interpreters and translators in languages tested by NAATI. In new and emerging languages not tested by NAATI, ONCALL provides access to interpreters and translators with NAATI Recognised level as well as significant experience in the subject matter.
In the UK, ONCALL works with the most qualified interpreters holding NRPSIregistration or DPSI qualification in the relevant field as well as NRCPD registration to deliver interpreting services for Deaf clients.
Our international conference interpreters hold AIICmembership or equivalent in their local country and have extensive experience at delivering conference interpreting at the highest internal level.
ONCALL’s translation services are delivered by an extensive pool of highly qualified and accredited translators, all specialists in their field, to deliver high quality and terminologically accurate translations.
