VoiceConnect Telephone Interpreting Enhancements
As a demonstration of ONCALL’s continued commitment to improving customer experience and accessibility to ONCALL’s products and services, during the last quarter, ONCALL has been implementing enhancements to the in-house telephone interpreting platform, VoiceConnect. These enhancements have included reducing unnecessary steps in the telephone interpreting workflow (where clients do not need them), increasing the speed in which keypad entries are recognised and improving voice recognition. ONCALL has already been able to reduce time taken in setting up the telephone interpreting call by up to 50%, meaning less waiting time for our clients!
